Welcome to El Puntazo Estudio de Tango!<\/p>\n

Please read this guide carefully before you register for your first class…and let’s have a ball!<\/p>\n

DANCING PARTNER<\/strong><\/p>\n

In general, it\u2019s not necessary to attend with a partner; however, if you don’t have one, always confirm with our coordinator or our team to ensure there are available spots for your role (leader or follower). And if you sign up with a partner, even better!<\/p>\n

TRIAL CLASS<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you’re still unsure about signing up for the full month, want to get a feel for my teaching method, or simply want to see if Tango captivates you before enrolling, you can take a single class, which costs 20 euros, as you\u2019ll see below.<\/p>\n

If, after paying for the trial class, you decide to sign up for the month, the 20 euros will be deducted, and you’ll only need to pay the difference (see “PACKS AND PRICES<\/a>“).<\/p>\n

If you take your trial class towards the end of the month, it might be more convenient to continue paying for single classes until the next month begins. In case of doubt, consult our team to plan your monthly schedule in the way that suits you best.<\/p>\n

Group classes are divided by levels to facilitate individual and group learning. Please consult with us to determine the most suitable level for you, ensuring you get the most out of the classes. Sometimes, especially if you\u2019ve never taken a class with me before, starting with beginner courses, even if you\u2019ve been dancing for a while, can be an excellent way to build a solid foundation and progress more quickly. We will assess your individual situation together, and I\u2019ll recommend the best option to help you develop your full potential. In any case, I assure you, you won\u2019t get bored!<\/p>\n

SCHEDULES, ATTENDANCE, AND MAKE-UP CLASSES<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The schedule for group classes with me is flexible and can be adjusted to your preferences.<\/p>\n

If you\u2019re unable to attend a class, please inform our team as soon as possible* (see BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATION POLICY) to avoid leaving anyone without a partner.<\/p>\n

You can make up for the missed class at any time in another group of the same or lower level throughout the month. Contact us to find the best option so you don’t miss out on any classes.<\/p>\n

In any case, and regardless of the reason for your absence, missed classes can only be made up within the same calendar month.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Remember, consistency and commitment to yourself and the group are the best ways to progress quickly!<\/p>\n

If you can’t find a time that perfectly fits your schedule, contact our team to discuss the possibility of opening a new group at a more convenient time for you.<\/p>\n

If you know in advance that your schedule fluctuates and regular attendance is difficult, don\u2019t worry! Let me know your specific situation, and we\u2019ll find a solution together!<\/strong><\/p>\n

FILMING CLASSES<\/strong><\/p>\n

Filming during classes is not permitted. A summary may be requested at the end of the class.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY<\/strong><\/p>\n

To secure your spot for the entire month, I recommend choosing a monthly or quarterly pass and making your reservation at the beginning of the month. Contact the El Puntazo team to finalize your reservation.<\/p>\n

However, you can also opt for the “single class” format (see PACKS section), but in this case, your reservation is only valid for that specific day. If you choose this option, remember to check availability weekly and confirm your daily reservation by sending a Bizum payment for the class before 2:00 PM.<\/p>\n

If you are new, to reserve your spot, you will need to fill out the form you received when contacting us and then pay for your trial class. If you decide to enroll for the full month afterward, the trial class fee will be deducted from the total.<\/p>\n

Cancellation Policy:<\/strong> If you have already confirmed your spot, you can cancel your reservation up until 2:00 PM on the day of your class. If you cancel after this time or do not show up, it will be considered a “no show,” and you will not be able to make up the class.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

ATTIRE, FOOTWEAR, AND HYGIENE<\/strong><\/p>\n

For classes, you don’t need any specific clothing; the most important thing is to feel comfortable and be able to move freely.<\/p>\n

Regarding footwear, if you have Tango, Latin dance, or ballroom shoes, bring them. If not, don’t worry. To start, you can use shoes with leather or suede soles, and for women, a bit of a heel is recommended. Sneakers, rubber-soled shoes, boots, and ankle boots are not ideal as they prevent proper sliding. However, if rubber-soled shoes are all you have, it’s fine at the beginning. In time, I can guide you on where to buy proper shoes, or suggest second-hand options if you’d like.<\/p>\n

For class, use clean shoes that haven\u2019t been worn outside or that you\u2019ve disinfected before coming. You’ll need to remove your outdoor shoes and change into your dance shoes before entering the studio.<\/p>\n

Hand sanitizer will be available at the entrance, or you can wash your hands with natural soap in the bathroom.<\/p>\n

Remember, Tango is a partner dance, and we are in close contact with our partner. Impeccable hygiene is essential so everyone can enjoy the class.<\/strong> If you\u2019re not coming directly from home, it\u2019s a good idea to bring deodorant, foot powder, and mouthwash or gum. Your partner will appreciate it!<\/p>\n

PAYMENT METHODS<\/strong>\u00a0AND\u00a0<\/strong>PRICING<\/strong><\/p>\n

Based on your needs and preferences, you can choose between three different payment options:<\/p>\n

  1. Single Class<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Pay per class, which can also serve as a trial class. I recommend this option if you’re unable to attend regularly. The single class fee must be paid via Bizum or bank transfer before 2:00 PM on the day of the class.<\/p>\n

    1. Monthly Pass<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Paid at the beginning of the month, it is valid until the last business day of that same calendar month. You can use the number of classes chosen according to your study plan and the teaching weeks on the calendar (see PACKS & PRICES 2025-2026).<\/p>\n

      I recommend this option to secure your spot for the entire month and motivate you to attend regularly, helping you learn faster!<\/p>\n

      The monthly pass can be paid 50% when reserving your spot and 50% in cash on the first day of class, or if you prefer, via Bizum or bank transfer. If you’ve paid for a trial class and then decide to sign up for the month, you\u2019ll only need to pay the difference.<\/p>\n

      1. Quarterly Pass<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Paid 50% when reserving your spot and 50% when classes begin, it is valid until the last business day of the third month. (Example: if you start on February 1, your pass is valid until April 30). You can use the number of classes you choose based on your study plan and the teaching weeks on the calendar. If you start mid-month (e.g., February 15), you have until the end of April to use all the classes included in your selected package.<\/p>\n

        I recommend this option to motivate you to stay consistent and enjoy a longer period to use or make up your classes, along with a discount on your monthly rate as a reward for your commitment!<\/p>\n
